Use the nearest viewer, smallest text, content and environment together. This site uses pixel pitch in millimetres approximately equal to distance in metres as an initial selection rule. It is a comparison aid, not a guaranteed minimum viewing distance; check representative content at the intended position.
Viewing-distance figures can use different assumptions. This site shows an initial pitch-to-distance rule and a separate geometric estimate based on one arc-minute angular separation: distance in metres ≈ pitch in millimetres × 3.438. The latter is a calculation assumption, not a guarantee that every viewer cannot see the pixel grid. Ask which definition and content conditions a quoted distance uses.
SMD and COB describe different LED packaging arrangements. For example, VS500 P1.25 lists SMD1010, while V500 P1.25 lists COB. Compare the exact model specifications and sample image. Packaging alone does not establish touch input, impact rating, cleaning method or moisture protection.
The first IP digit describes protection against solid objects and access, and the second describes water protection under defined tests. Read separate front and rear ratings where provided. A rating does not establish the complete mounting, drainage, connector or exposure requirements; check the exact model and installation drawing.
Read both the power figure and its basis. PF1.5 lists maximum / average power in W/unit, while PT1.5 lists approximate maximum / average power in W/m². Multiply a unit-based value by unit count and an area-based value by display area. Actual consumption depends on settings and content; do not assume one fixed percentage of peak for every screen.

Rental products ship in flight cases, fixed installations in wooden crates. Sea freight is the normal route and typically runs 25–40 days depending on destination; air freight is available for urgent or sample orders. Export documentation is prepared as standard.
Yes. Because we own the cabinet tooling, we can still match a cabinet shipped years earlier. We recommend buying a small spare stock of modules and power supplies with the original order — it is far cheaper than a one-off replacement later.
Yes. We supply single cabinets or modules for evaluation on most series. Tell us which series and pitch you want to assess and we will quote the sample and the freight.
Most of our business is with distributors, AV integrators and rental companies rather than end users. We supply white-label documentation you can forward to your own client, and we do not approach your customers directly.
