Enter the wall you want and a model. You get the nearest buildable size in whole cabinets, the exact resolution and the cabinet count — from the published datasheet of that model.
Every number comes from the published datasheet of the selected model. Final layout, control system and installation are confirmed by an engineer with your quotation.
Why the size changes. An LED wall is built from whole cabinets, so the size you ask for is rounded to the nearest number of cabinets in each direction. The built size above is the wall that can actually be made.
Why the resolution is exact. Each cabinet has a fixed pixel count in its datasheet. Resolution is that count multiplied by the number of cabinets — not the screen size divided by the pitch, which gives numbers like 1023 × 639 that no controller will ever see.
Common mistake. Matching a 16:9 video signal does not need a 16:9 wall. If the wall ratio is different, the processor scales or crops — tell us the content and we will suggest a layout that fits it.
