These terms cover your use of the hiseavis.com website. They are not the terms of sale — a purchase is governed by the sales contract, the proforma invoice and the warranty terms issued with your specific order. Where the two differ, the order documents win.
This site publishes specifications taken from our product datasheets, and it calculates things from them: recommended pixel pitch, cabinet layout, resolution and average power. Those calculations are provided for guidance. They assume standard cabinets, a rectangular screen and nothing unusual about your structure or your content. The figures in your quotation are the ones that count.
Specifications may change as products are revised. Power consumption in particular varies with content, brightness setting and LED batch — the datasheet figure is an average under our test conditions, not a guaranteed maximum for your installation.
Photographs used on the applications and reference-configuration pages illustrate the type of installation. They are visualisations. They are not photographs of projects we have delivered, and we do not attach a client name, a location or a date to them. Where we publish a real project in future it will be labelled as one.
A quotation is valid for the period stated on it, and in any case no longer than 30 days unless we confirm otherwise in writing. Prices assume the configuration quoted; changing the pitch, the cabinet count, the installation environment or the destination country changes the price.
Warranty scope, duration and the procedure for claims are set out in the warranty document issued with your order. Statements on this website summarise it; they do not extend it.
The text, layout, product renders and photographs on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may forward pages and download documents in order to evaluate or resell our products. You may not present our material as your own, or use it to promote another manufacturer's product.
