All-in-One Conference Display

An all-in-one display is a finished machine: it arrives assembled, with the sending system, the player and the mount already in it. That turns the decision into a room question rather than an engineering one.

• Size by room depth. The back row sets the size. A board room fifteen metres deep and a huddle room five metres deep are not the same product.
• Built-in system or external player. The built-in system covers wireless casting and everyday meeting use; a dedicated player is only worth it if you are driving it from a control system.
• Delivery. It ships pre-assembled — confirm the lift, the door width and the wall structure before ordering, not after.
• Touch. Decide early: retrofitting touch to a finished wall is not a small job.
