Factory & quality control

Six stages between raw aluminium and a packed cabinet. Every one of them happens in our own plant.

01Die-casting & tooling

Cabinet frames are die-cast from our own tooling, then CNC finished on the mating faces so that cabinet-to-cabinet flatness holds under 0.1 mm.

02SMT & reflow

Lamp placement and reflow run in-house with AOI inspection, so a placement fault is caught on the line rather than at the ageing rack.

03Module assembly

Masks, hubs and driver boards are fitted, then each module is powered and checked for dead pixels and colour uniformity.

04Calibration

Per-pixel brightness and colour correction is applied and the coefficients are written into the module, so they travel with the hardware.

05Ageing test

Assembled cabinets run 72 hours continuously at full white, colour cycling and video, with a thermal check at the end.

06Packing

Flight cases for rental, wooden crates for fixed installations, with corner protection and a packing list matched to the customs documents.

What we check before a shipment leaves

Every order is powered up as a complete wall before packing — not cabinet by cabinet, but assembled in the configuration you ordered. That is the only way to catch a splice-line mismatch or a calibration drift between batches.

The QC record for your order, including the ageing-test log and the final photographs, is sent with the shipping documents.

Ask for the QC record of a recent shipment

We are happy to send a sample QC report so you can see exactly what is checked and recorded.
